A list of unrelated thoughts, in the manner of my friends from high school.

1. I like baked goods. And baking.

2. If you are assigned to work in a group with people on a project that is 25% of the class grade, it is common courtesy either to do so or to let them know that you are not planning to. In case you are a group member of mine, and were wondering about that.

3. It's nice how sometimes math is defined in intuitive ways.

4. It is not too cold out. In fact, it is probably not sufficiently cold out, though the wind is quite helpful.

5. I need a haircut.

6. There is a potluck on Friday. At Greenhouse. You should come to it.

7. I was at Olaf the other day, to hear Jesse Jackson speak, and he said something about religious community. And then I started thinking about whether or not I would like a religious community, and what kind. And eventually I came to the conclusion that I rather would like to be in a religious community, but not one where the beliefs were defined in such a way that everyone had to agree about them. And then it occurred to me that that didn't really seem like a religious community anymore.

8. I miss playing holistic hearts, but it doesn't seem the sort of thing busy people would want to do, as it is a complete waste of time and not even that much fun.

9. My spelling was better in elementary school.
