(In related news, on an average call to AT&T customer service, they seem to transfer one to about 3 inappropriate departments (or incompetent people) before finding one who will at least try to do something. Not that that thing will necessarily turn out to be helpful.)
In unrelated news, Katie told me Saturday "At some point, you realize your life is either a tragedy or a comedy. And yours is definitely a comedy." While true, it does make me wonder who has to get married at the end.
