Well, I got home.

This time tomorrow, if my train is on time, it will be moving relatively slowly through St. Paul. I plan to spend a lot of time with Hazel this week, but also some time with other folks. The second bit is totally unplanned as of now, but I won't have so much phone access once I get there, so maybe there will be emailing, and hopefully people will be checking their email? Well, I will, and I suppose Lucy will, and that will help.

The days I had at school over senior week only made me less ready to leave, I think. I failed completely to say goodbye to the seniors, because I was packing at the last minute (well, I was packing the house at the last minute) but more because I wasn't wanting to do things with my time other than say goodbye to Meg. Which resulted in some nice evenings for me, with Meg and Leah. (Which, of course, made me less ready to leave by reminding me of how much I will miss them.) But also in some worries that I ought to have been more sad about the seniors and less about the me-being-away-until-winter. I guess I can't much help that, though, especially at this point. And I do think that my plans make sense, and will actually be fun and good for me. And not only in a mathy way.

There was something else that I wanted to say, but I don't remember. Too busy making drama in my head, I guess.

(No, the drama in my head does not go on lj, because then it might be real drama, and we wouldn't like that. It stays in my head to DISTRACT! me from more useful things, like posting on lj. Note how useless that makes the drama.)

Oh, I have Connor's snowshoes now, since he left them. Or someone else's snowshoes, but that seems unlikely. I kind of hope they don't get collected; I like snowshoeing.
