I hung my light plot this morning, all by myself, because Naysan was there but doesn't go on ladders. Which ordinarily I wouldn't understand, really, but Nourse makes me understand. When it takes virtually all one's bodyweight to loosen a nut... ladders can be scary. Boo Nourse lights.
On the other hand, Nourse is a nice small theater with audience on only one side of the action and so I'm pretty much done with the whole designing thing now, and I didn't start much before yesterday.
And I got to make pretty sunrise/ sunset things, and directors who are students are easily impressed. Because I know how to do stuff with the light board, essentially. Stuff I learned to do by staring at it. Ah... I love the Nourse light board, really.
So, hopefully when I go in tomorrow, and there's a set, the lights will still work.
